Unmatched for comfort and protection, the tailored 2-piece construction is used in all 4 layers of the collar with 3 rows of stitching on the underside shell layer the maintaining an ergonomic shape when the collar is flipped up or laying down. The 4-layer throat tab provides a precision SCBA mask interface.
2. One-Piece Liner
Liner body is cut in one piece to provide a full protective envelope with a minimum of seams to reduce bulk and potential points of failure. Liner extension tab attaches with hook and loop to inside of the collar for complete and secure protection. Water resistant 7" X 9" liner pocket keep contents dry.
3. AXTION™ Back (Patented)
Exclusive action back has full-length expansion pleats on the shell to work a center liner pleat, providing unparalleled movement and protection, uninhibited by an SCBA.
4. Contoured Sleeve & Underarm Gusset
Ergonomically curved sleeve follows the natural shape of your arm to work with you - not against you. Graded underarm gusset allows you to comfortably reach, stretch, lift and carry.
5. Double Sleeve Wells
Extra-deep 5" sleeve wells keep water out, interface with all glove styles, and are far less bulky. 4" NOMEX® wristers are standard with many available options including hand/wrist guards and elasticized sleeve wells.
6. Thermally Enhanced Upper Body & Elbows
High compression areas get added layers of your specified thermal liner material for greater Conductive and Compressive Heat Resistance (CCHR). Extra-large enhancements extend 7" down the back and 5" down the front.
7. TRIMTRAX™ Thread Protection System (Patented)
Our patented system of abrasion resistant cording protects the thread securing our reflective trim from abrasion. Lasts longer so maintenance costs are lower and your gear is in service more often.
8. Breathable Front Closure System
Storm flap and inside facings are lined with breathable moisture barrier material for liquid penetration resistance and improved body core heat stress relief. Heavy-duty brass zipper and quadruple-stitched hook and loop fastener are standard or choose from many closure options.
9. Three-Piece Outer Shell
The three-piece body is cut to provide shape and a tailored fit.
10. Double-Stitched Seams
The strongest stitching in the industry with double-needle seams and 8 to 10 stitches per inch for longer service life.
11. Dual Action Cargo/Handwarmer Pockets
9" x 9" cargo pockets with two expansion pleats have an extra layer of shell material to reinforce the lower half for longer wear life. Integral handwarmer pockets are set behind.
12. Heavy-Duty Cuff Reinforcement
Extra-wide premium pearl gray leather, double-stitched for extended wear, is standard, or your choice of optional reinforcement materials.

All hook and dees and suspender buttons are reinforced with die-cut leather for a lifetime of service.
14. Flame-Resistant Hook and Loop Fastener
Hook and loop fastener is specially treated for flame resistance and attached with quadruple stitching at all primary closures.
15. YOCCO™ Drag Rescue Device (DRD) (Patented)
The YOCCO™ Drag Rescue Device is designed to provide a quickly deployed system to help rescue a downed firefighter. The DRD strap is hidden between the inner and outer jacket and loops around the upper shoulders. One end of the loop exits through an opening in the outer jacket at the base of the collar covered by a flap. To deploy, open the flap and pull on the strap handle. This action tightens the loop around the victim's torso and gives you and others a more effective way of dragging a firefighter to safety.
