CROSSTECH® EMS Fabric Lining
CROSSTECH® EMS fabric is an intimate bi-component membrane that is laminated to a lightweight, texturized polyester, woven fabric. This fabric is highly breathable and durably liquid penetration resistant to blood, body fluids, and water, providing performance unmatched by any other liquid barrier. All seams and stitching through the CROSSTECH® EMS fabric are sealed with GORE-SEAM® tape on a proprietary GORE-SEAM™ sealing machine, utilizing the latest technology from W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc.
Free-Hanging Liner System
2-layer laminated lining is more flexible and allows for customization of the separate outer shell fabric layer without penetrating the CROSSTECH® EMS barrier.
Hi-Vis Poly Outer Shell
Uniform weight 100% polyester fabric resists fading from light and laundering. Treated with a durable water repellent finish for weather and stain resistance. Also available in dark navy (not ANSI compliant) for a more uniform appearance.
NFPA 1999 Compliant
Meets and exceeds NFPA 1999: Standard on Protective Clothing for Emergency Medical Incidents. 2008 Edition provides protection from exposure to blood and body fluids in accordance with this standard.
Sizing
Standard coat sizes from XS through 3XL provide a proportional fit for both men and women. Standard pant sizes from XS through 3XL fit for
both men and women with your choice of 26", 28", 30", or 32" inseams. Other sizes are available on a special order basis. Waist sizes: 24-26 XS, 28-30 S, 32-34 M, 36-38 L, 40-42 XL, 44-46 2XL, 48-50 3XL.
Waistband
Elasticized waistband with quick adjust drawcord goes on or off easily and provides a comfortable and secure fit.
Cargo Pockets
Patch pockets with two expansion pleats and flaps with hook and loop closure are positioned on each thigh for ready access and storage.
Reinforced Knees
An extra layer of outer shell fabric provides additional padding, protection, and durability for this high abrasion area.
Other Options
Zipper fly and belt. Letter or number patches, high-visibility silver lettering, hook and loop ID strip, suspenders, padded knees, 3" belt loops and many other options are available.
Leg Zippers & Gusseted
Long, zippered and gusseted openings on each leg allow the pants to go on and off easily over footwear.
Reflective Trim
3" triple-trim 3M SCOTCHLITE™ reflective material provides day/night visibility.
